You'll own the full AI filmmaking pipeline for a Motion Bay pod: turning a script or brief into finished, broadcast-ready episodes using generative video tools. This is a hands-on craft role, you're not directing others, you're making the shots yourself, iterating fast, and hitting a weekly delivery cadence.
Scope of Work
- Generate and refine shots using Runway, Pika, Kling (or equivalent) to match a director's brief and maintain visual/character consistency across an episode
- Edit and assemble generated footage into finished episodes in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including pacing, sound sync, and color pass handoff
- Iterate on prompts and generation parameters to fix continuity issues (character drift, lighting mismatch, motion artifacts) without re-shooting from scratch
- Hit weekly episode quotas against the pod's delivery calendar, flagging at-risk episodes to the showrunner early
- Maintain a versioned shot library and prompt log so successful setups are reusable across episodes
- Collaborate with sound design and colorist on handoff timing and technical spec (resolution, frame rate, aspect ratio)
Preferred Qualifications
- A reel showing narrative AI-generated video work (not just tech demos), ideally episodic or series-based
- Working fluency in at least two AI video generation tools and one NLE (Premiere/Resolve)
- Comfort with fast iteration cycles: can turn around a revised shot in under an hour
- Prior experience in a fast-moving production pipeline (agency, studio, or high-output creator team)
- Basic color and sound literacy, enough to hand off clean work downstream
